Ok, third try... pictures were not all loading right...

Ok, I lucked out in December of 2012 finding my ParkLiner for sale...the original owner Harry was an older disabled gentleman who bought it new in the spring and after heading to 3 blues festivals it was a little more work then he could do alone decided to sell it... lucky for me I found the older post on the fiberglass rv site!

in 2010/2011 I built myself a small teardrop sized gypsy vardo when I decided to get back into camping after tiring of not meeting anyone down at the marin a that I lived at on a 27' sailboat.  Well summer of 2012 I towed the lil vardo 3900 miles and enjoyed the hell out of it.  So when my boat was totalled from huracaine sandy I blew the insurance settlement on my ParkLiner!  I boondock, so the porta potty is perfect, easily dumped out in an outhouse or regular toilet...the 30 gallon grey water tank can be dumped pretty easily when needed.  The large dinette drops down to a queen sized bed with a smaller side dinette for eating.  Im not planning on having any large dinner parties in their lol.

I sewed my vintage style awning and redid the upholstery and curtains.  Its still a total work in progress.

I love it Deryk. I shouldn't say this but when I saw you had a Parkliner, I was wondering what you did for a living to afford such a dream (none of my business). I see its an ins. settlement. Sorry about your boat but the Parkliner is fantastic. You must be sporting some good karma my friend.

LOL Diane...no Im poor lol.  I actually lived on the boat for a number of years but living at the dock all I met was married couples...when I got back into camping at events with large extended groups of friends I ws haveing alot more fun... so I guess the gods decided to open a new doorway and I went with it.  The ParkLiner is a dream...Im very happy with the way things worked out...new adventures!

And Thanks!

Sorry about your boat.  That must have been a devasting storm.  (Good thing you are alright!)  Your camper is a beauty.  I love that you sewed your own awning.  I am a seamstress and I will try that for mine too, but usually don't sew items that big.  Hope you get to meet some nice people at the campgrounds.

Thanks... yeah it was an experience.  I was smart enough to pack up the day before the huracaine hit and headed to my parents house to ride the storm out with them.  We cooked on my rocket stove for 2 days till they got their power back.  I knew one woman who stayed to watch the storm, and she just got to her car when a storm surge hit and threw her car...she is lucky to be alive.  Its a good experience seeing a catastrophe like that first hand... teaches you a little respect for mother nature

Yeah, I would like to meet a nice guy who isn't too crazy...or maybe rescue a dog (more realistic lol)
